Why we build products, not just websites

Most agencies hand you a site and disappear. We’re more interested in the thing behind it. The booking flow, the order system, the part that actually runs your business.

The gap between “live” and “working”

A website can look finished long before it works. You’ve probably seen it: a sharp homepage, a contact form that goes nowhere, a booking button that sends people to a third-party tool nobody on your team actually uses.

That’s the gap we care about. Not the launch photo, the Tuesday morning when a real customer tries to place an order and something breaks.

Small studio, long attention span

We’re a small team in Prince George. We take on fewer projects so each one gets the time it deserves. No account managers, no handoffs, the people you talk to are the people who design and build the thing.

That’s how we work with clients. It’s also how we built our own products: OrderKit for restaurant online ordering, and BookLocalPG for local services in Prince George. We run them day to day. When something’s wrong, we feel it ourselves.

Websites, apps, commerce, same standard

Whether it’s a marketing site, a custom web app, or a storefront, we hold it to the same bar:

  • Fast and accessible on real devices, not just a designer’s laptop
  • Clear for the people who update content after we’re gone
  • Built to change, because the first version is never the last one

What we’re looking for in a project

The best fit for us is a team that cares about the details. You don’t need a 50-page spec. You need a clear problem, honest constraints, and the willingness to iterate once real users show up.

If that sounds like you, get in touch. We’d love to hear what you’re building.
